Virtual Virginia: Free K–12 course resources & statewide LMS access for public school teachers

Virtual Virginia Outreach Program

Free K–12 course resources & statewide LMS access for public school teachers

The Virtual Virginia Outreach Program is designed to assist Virginia public school teachers and students by providing access to online learning modules via the Virtual Virginia learning management system at no cost.

Each Virginia public school division has access to its own instance of the VVA statewide learning management system (LMS) at no cost, plus free access to VVA and LMS support teams.

Virginia public school divisions can import more than 100 K–12 courses and related learning modules to the LMS at no cost. Annually updated by Virginia public educators, content includes instructor guides, fully developed lessons with interactive practice and assessments, and question banks.

All K–5 content is aligned with the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOLs) and Virginia’s Comprehensive Instructional Program (CIP). For grades 6–12, content for core academic and world language courses are aligned to the Virginia SOLs, and AP course content is developed according to the College Board’s curricular guidelines.

Visit the Outreach Program website to learn more about the availability of updated course resources, credit recovery courses, and how to import course content.Learn More: Outreach Program
