New Areas of Emphasis Enjoy the flexibility of a fully online program with the University of Virginia while exploring one of ten areas of emphasis. The Professional Studies emphasis will provide provisionally licensed teachers an opportunity to complete required licensure coursework required by the VDOE while earning a master’s degree.
