Week 23

Weekly Update:

This is Week 23 of our Streamin3 curriculum, focusing on How Things Grow, we will use our Reasoning skills to explore sand, shapes and sand art.  We will discuss/read about birds and make pinecone bird feeders!  We will also count and sort jelly beans for letter Jj.  We will meet our friend Jumping Jill and discuss words that begin with Jj this week!

We are excited for Career Day on Friday where we will hear from various parents and visit stations around our school!  Students may dress up as their favorite career or what they want to be when they get older.

Upcoming Dates:

  • Career Day: Friday, March 13th.  If you know anyone that would like to come present to our Early Start classes, please let me know!!!
  • For the Love of Arts event: Saturday, March 14th 9am-12pm.
  • Spring Picture Day- March 20

Show and Tell on Fridays!

Please wash blankets each weekend.

Please label jackets and blankets with your child’s name.

Week 22

Weekly Update:

This is Week 22 of our Streamin3 curriculum, which is a Community Service Experience for the students.  We are discussing ways to help take care of our school (by showing kindness to staff members, cleaning up sticks and pinecones on the playground, leaving candies for teachers, and cleaning out the Rock Garden in the front.)  We will be painting rocks to hand out to others to make their day a little brighter.  We have also made a Volcano Experiment using vinegar and baking soda for letter Vv!
