All marching band members are required to have a VHSL physical for the 2012 – 2013 school year. The physical for ALL BAND students is scheduled for June 7, 2012 @ 4 p.m. in the Nurses clinic of Nansemond River High School. The cost for the physical is $10.00 and covers VHSL activities at NANSEMOND RIVER. Physical forms are available in the schools main office and the band office. Students 15 and older can take the physical alone. Students 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent.
