Teachers are able to refer to the matrix to justify the actions of the individual. This matrix is used when determining the score during that particular students behavior in the building. Each week the scores are tallied and used to support the student’s behavioral improvement by participating in this philosophy. In conjunction with this effort, students scoring a weekly average standard of more than 80% are able to participate in a team activity as a reward.
I offer 12 years of information technology instruction practices in the classroom coupled with a master's in Education - "Integrating Technology in the Classroom," and a bachelor's in Business Education.
