Solar System Project

Solar system Projects were assigned 1/3/18 they are due 1/16/18. See the attached form for more information. PLEASE NOTE: Each student was assigned 2 planets to research(websites included on where to find the information). The model is extra credit and is JUST the two assigned planets in relative size  (scale) to each other( students will need to do their own research to find out colors, rings, etc).

Contact the teacher if you were absent Jan 3 or lost your assignment sheet to find out what planets you will need to compare!

Pick a vocab word from pages 3-6 or 12 in your notebook to compare to a non-related word that serves a similar propose. Include a drawing or picture of the non-vocab word.

Write a 5 sentence paragraph about a time the power went out. Be sure to answer the following questions… Why did the power go out? About how long was it out? What did you do whle it was out?


If you have not been in a power outage ask a family member to describe a time they experienced and write about it.
