My favorite book is Fish by Gregory Mone. The reason I love this book so much is because it is an awesome adventure about a 12 year old boy who ends up becoming a fortune hunting pirate after he is captured by pirates who want a package he is carrying. While on the pirate ship he makes friends and goes on raids and many adventures. It later turns out that the package that got him captured was a treasure map which leads to treasure beyond belief. Do Fish and his friends find the treasure? If you want to know, you will have to read the book.

My favorite book is Anne of green gables. It is about a girl named Anne that was orphaned at an early age. Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert took Anne in. Even though they wanted a little boy to help on the farm. Anne was a very stubborn girl. I like this book because of the first part of the book or the part that hooks you into the book. I think it is a ''page turner''.

The Ranger Apprentice book series is by far my favorite set of books. They are action packed and keeps you on edge. The books are so well written that they make you have feelings for all of the characters. I love the shocking endings that make your hair stand on end and your brain begging for more. This series is so well written I couldn't pick just one book.

One of my favorite books is called President Of The Fifth Grade. This book is one of my favorites because it shows a little girl who is in love with cooking sweets. Since I love to cook, I give her credit for sticking to becoming president of the fifth grade and using sweets to pursuade voters to select her as president of the fifth grade. This book relates to me and I would definitely read more from this author.

My Favorite book is Liberty Porter, First Daughter:New Girl In Town, by Lulia DeVillers.
This book is about an African American Girl who's dad is the President. One thing I like about this book is that it's easy to understand, but it also has harder words, so it helps strengthen my vocabulary as I read the book. Another thing about this book that I like is that it has a lot of funny elements to it. In this series, Liberty takes you on new adventures. You are able to see the White House, her new school, and the Smithsonian from a child's point of view. I really enjoyed reading this book over the summer; and so far, Liberty Porter,First Daughter:New Girl In Town by Lulia DeVillers is my favorite book.

The northerners wanted the blacks to be free and the southerners wanted to keep the black in slavery. Seven people from the north and seven people from the south talked about their trials and tribulations threw the war. Black southerners wanted to go into war but the whites said no.
