A variety of organizations and many cities have posted games that teach about recycling. Here are just two for you to check out and play:

Google “recycle game” and find a 3rd one to play. Make sure it is one that fits the criteria that you need to record below.
1. Make note of these things in your lab journal for each of the 3 sites and Have fun…!
a. the city or organization sponsoring the web site
b. the target audience … age?
c. the information communicated in the game.
d. new information you learned while playing the game and your “best score” on the game (some of them have a timed score.)

the recycling games were fun however i felt they should have one for older age groups. the games that i played were games i would possibly play with my nephew since he is four.
they did teach me what to put in a recycling bin and what not to

Hi Ashley … I hope you try playing some of the games with your nephew!
As I searched for recycling games, most of them were for grade school kids. Why do you think that is?? I wish we could find one that is a little more complicated. Maybe it is something woven into the Sim Town games? (Am I dating myself here???)
