a child dies of a water bourne disease. Open sewer systems are still the norm for many countries. It seems like such an obvious initiative … for countries/cities to build sewer systems for their people, doesn’t it? So, why don’t “they?” What are all the possible reasons for a city not to build a closed sewer system for its inhabitants?
