Few odd bell students turned in the original “myth” that was supposed to be composed in response to my reading of Rudyard Kipling’s “How the Whale Got His Throat.”  Even bell students (and odd)–don’t forget to write your full page “How the _______ came to be, etc.” myth and get it to me on Monday!  (This is supposed to be a fun reinforcement of the fact that many myths came about as an explanation of some seemingly “unexplainable” element of the natural world…)
