NOTE:  You must have submitted your signed AUP form for the current school year in order to activate your email account.


To activate your SPS student email account for the first time:

  1. Go to Student Portal.
  2. Click on “G Suite” at the top of the page.
  3. On the Google login screen, enter your information in the following format:
    • User Name:  FirstnameLastname####@spsk12.net  (#### is the last 4 digits of your student ID number.  Example:  johndoe6789@spsk12.net)
    • Initial Password:  Your entire student ID number
  4. Accept the agreement.  Please note that you are expected to exercise responsibility in the use of this email account!  No spam or other unwelcomed emails are to be sent to staff and/or students.
