Math 4NW test
Test dates are 5/17-5/18 and make-ups on 5/19.
The test will have 80 problems on it. It will include the following skills:
3.4 Inverse relationships (fact families)
3.9-3.10 Multiply and Divide numbers through 12’s facts (word problems too)
3.23 Probability
3.11 Add and Subtract Fractions
3.7 Decimals
3.12 Add and Subtract decimals
3.13 Money
3.14 Measurement
3.18/3.19 Geometry
3.20 Congruent/Symmetry
3.24 Patterns

We will have an economics quiz on 3/18/11 on
the topic of specialization and interdependence.
I am sending home a study guide for reading on red paper in the communication folder next week. Please take a moment to read it and see what skills we are learning this nine weeks. We will test sometime during the 7th, 8th and 9th week of this nine weeks on these skills.
Also, retesting for second nine weeks skills will be next week.Â
Please continue encouraging your child to read daily. Reading helps open the doors to imagination.

We are working hard on fractions in math. Please review with your child at home, because many boys and girls were confused today working with mixed numbers and improper fractions.
