I will be out there on TUESDAY at 8 am!!
Yes it’s true so don’t get caught without your physical before tryouts begin!!. Remember physicals MUST BE dated May 2008 or later! in order for you to tryout for any school sport. This physical is good for the whole year! PLEASE be aware that if I do not have your physical on August 1st (1st Look tryout Day) then you will not be able to tryout!! This is a rule set by VHSL not me or NRHS. Hope to see you then!!

Hope you are reading this!!! Tuesday’s Conditioning will have to be shortened due to an unexpectec doc. appointment. We will have to finish by 9:15am!! So come prepared to workout steadily!!

Today we had 11 players to workout and boy did they workout!! Good Job ladies and gentlemen. It was good to have the chance to work with all of you. We had 3 new players take a couple of hours from their summer to join us and once again “Good Job”.
We will not be able to meet on Thursday due to the fact that the gym floor will be worked on starting tomorrow. We will resume on Tuesday morning.
VB CAMP UPDATE :( - Since we didn’t have enough to participate we had to cancel this. ALL money paid will be refunded ( It is already in the works with Mrs. Chaney) Thank you to those who signed up for your patience. Mrs. Chaney has informed me that refunds will be sent out in August - I am hoping it will be sooner - Think of it as a savings!!
Well I must get some chores done - See you all next Tuesday!!
OK players this week is week 3 of summer conditioning - tuesday and thursday 8am - we are done! usually by 10am!
We are up and down with attendance with ONE CONSISTANT Participant - KASEY MCINTOSH!!!! She is going to be ready for the season, in just 4 sessions she has already felt the effects! GO KASEY!!!
Remember, this is a good opportunity for you to build up your stamina for the MANDITORY CONDITIONING Aug 4-8th! You don’t want to be the one lying out on the floor because your body quit on you!!

OK ladies it is the night before Conditioning day 2! Looking forward to seeing you there at the gym. It isn’t so bad just ask Kasey and Tiffany - They were still breathing when I left them on Tuesday!! See you soon!!
Congratulations to the girls that rose early to join us for coditioning! You did a great job! Remember to ice and walk or jog a little on Wednesday. We will do about the same thing on Thursday! It’s good to see that 8:00am didn’t scare you away ![]()
