TUESDAY - JV only - 9am - 11am
Varsity - 4:30pm
WEDNESDAY - BOTH Temas?? 2pm - 5pm PARENT MEETING @ 5:30pm in the cafeteria
THURSDAY - VARSITY Game vs.Granby @ 4pm JV no practice but you are welcome to come watch the match!
FRIDAY - JV practice 8am - 10am
NEXT MONDAY (aug. 25th) - JV practice at 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Ok here it goes:
Everyone should have picked up a schedule Friday but, if you didn’t here is what is going on this week
MONDAY - Scrimmage with Warwick be at school by 12:30pm - game is at 3pm - we will practice prior to game time.
TUESDAY - Practice 8am - 11am - Coaches have a meeting @ 11:30am
WEDNESDAY - Pracitice 8am - 12pm - tentative @ 1pm -3pm
PARENT MEETING @ 5:30pm - AUGUST 20th - WEDNESDAY
THURSDAY - Scrimmage vs. Granby - be at school by 1:30pm - game is @ 4pm (sorry 8th graders cannot play but are more than welcome to come to the game). 8th graders need to still come to practice at 1:30!
FRIDAY - Pracitice 8am - 12pm

Well we made it home from Florida last night and found that we were locked out of the house!!Thanks Buddy. Don’t worry - we got inside 45 mins later!

OK ladies here it is -
You will meet with Coach Lietz at 3:00pm and condition with the boys team for 45 mins to 1 hour. You may stay and practice with the boys until 5:00pm.
Be sure to sign in each day and hold each other accountable for the workout!! 
This is for the entire week of August 4th- 8th. We will have our last day of tryouts on Monday the 11th!!! If you need to talk to me please email or call I will have my phone and laptop!!

With a twist of the arm I will be at the school tomorrow (Wednesday) @ 8am for conditioning - will you be there??

Yes it’s true so don’t get caught without your physical before tryouts begin!!. Remember physicals MUST BE dated May 2008 or later! in order for you to tryout for any school sport. This physical is good for the whole year! PLEASE be aware that if I do not have your physical on August 1st (1st Look tryout Day) then you will not be able to tryout!! This is a rule set by VHSL not me or NRHS. Hope to see you then!!
