WOW! can you believe it?  It will be the fourth nine weeks soon are you ready for the home stretch?  Remember your grades are an imortant factor in playing sports in school.  This is the sememster that volleyball coaches revert to to see if you are elligible to play! Put your best foot forward and finish this year off with a bang!

 On another note I want to share something with you that was in the Suffolk News Herald a couple of weeks ago - maybe you saw it and read it, maybe you never saw it but it was a very good article about MySpace and you as an athlete.

Please, please - if you have a myspace or facebook or any other type of account like these two, please be whatchful of what you say and do (words and pictures can hurt you!) on it.  Everyone knows your business when you put it out there. 

Well I look forward to seeing you on the court soon.  You should begin your running now.  Work up to running the mile with out having to walk any of it.  Then we will work on times!!

*********Remember if you are participating in Open Gym on Mondays you may bring your own volleyball and you need to be in the gym by 3:00pm to sign in!  If the weather is not good outside we will be unable to have open gym due to the spring athletes needing the area for there practices.*************
