NRHS JV Volleyball of course. Hope you girls are having a great weekend. Are you running? Are you getting those jump ropes out? Don’t forget to bring a jump rope to practice next week!! Jumping rope is a lot more fun than wall jumps!!

2. maybe should be may be
I can help my serves by holding my serving hand above my head and tossing the ball to that hand to make more consitent serves

1. in the “what to do with a bad setter” article, “has a setter who can’t setter her the middle quick” the second “setter” should be “set”
