No 8 am mile run on Thursday.

No Friday Practice.

Monday’s Practice is 12 noon to 3pm.

t-Shirts are ready to be sold.  Sizes large and XL are available. they are black with “NRHS and a volleyball embroidered” on the left side.  Cost is $15.

Spaghetti dinner tickets were passed out and money needs to be turned next Wednesday.  See you Thursday @ 3pm!
