 Enrolling your student:

The NRHS Guidance Office enrolls students between 9 am and 2 pm Monday thru Friday during the school year.

Our summer enrollment hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday thru Thursday.  Please call for an appointment due to limited staffing during the summer

Parents may obtain an enrollment packet from the guidance office at any time.  Parents may call or come by to make an appointment, 757-923-4101.

Documents needed for registration:

-Government issued Parent ID

-2 forms of residency that may include: Current Utility Bill (Not Phone), Government Issued ID Card, Mortgage Statement or Lease.  All addresses and names must match the custodian parent.  Other forms of residency are accepted on a case by case basis.

-Student Birth Certificate

-Student Immunizations

-Withdrawal form from previous school including transcript

-Custody Papers if applicable.


Requesting Transcripts:  ordertranscript
Current Students: Request your transcript using your Parchment account.  Please allow 2-7 school days for processing.  Please allow 21 days processing after receipt of Academic Resume for letters of recommendation.  If you request your transcript over a weekend or holiday, processing may take longer.
Recent graduates: (Classes of 2015-2018) – Use your Parchment account to request your transcript.  If you do not have one, sign up for one using the button above.  Please allow 2-7 school days for processing.  If you request your transcript over a weekend or holiday, processing may take longer.
Former Students: Graduates 2005-2014 – Request your transcript using Parchment or Email a request to Mrs. Cruey with your name during high school, date of birth, graduation year, and name, contact person or department, and address of the school or business that you want the transcript to be sent.  You may also download the form here and email it to Mrs. Cruey or fax it to 757-538-5430.
Graduates before 2005: Please request transcripts in writing from the Suffolk Public Schools Maintenance Records Department (phone: 757-934-6204, or Fax: 757-925-5703).
Lost your Diploma??: For $30, you can order your lost diploma directly from Jostens.  It will not have any of the seals on it.   Click  here (REPLACEMENT DIPLOMA ORDER) to get the form.  Send it with your payment directly to the address listed on the form.
