We are almost there! Students will be rehearsing for the end of the year program so our regular schedule will be interrupted. The program is scheduled for June 14th at 10:00. More information will come home soon.
This week we will review skills taught. Please do the same at home.

The colors for the month of May are yellow and green. Please have your child wear these colors on Wednesday.
School will be closed Monday, May 28th, in honor of Memorial Day.
This week we will discuss adjectives, review synonyms and antonyms, recognize and compare objects from the past and present, read and interpret a calendar.

I hope all the mothers had a wonderful Mother’s Day.
I would like to thank you all for the wonderful gifts I received for Teacher Appreciation Week. They were really appreciated.
I hope those of you that attended the Mother/Son breakfast enjoyed it. The boys came to class all excited about it.
This week we will discuss antonyms, high frequency words, writing phonetically, track and read poems in reading journal, recognize facts about Betsy Ross, the American Flag, Independence Day as well identify and count sets up to 30.
Please continue to complete activities on Reading Eggs.

Field Day was a blast. The students really had a good time. Thank you for sending in the extra bottles of water.

Staff Appreciation Week is May 7-11.

Family Reading Night is Tuesday, May 8th at 6:00. Interim Reports will be distributed as well.

Mother and SONshine Breakfast is Friday, May 11th from 8:15-9:00.
