Teacher’s  Corner

A Note about Spelling:

Your child will highlight/circle a list each week.  They will either be List A or List B (based on their pretest results).  All students are responsible for the Both list.  These 10 words (list A or B=5 and both=5) are the words they use for their spelling homework each week.  On Friday, their test will include their list words (A or B), the Both word list, and transfer words.  Transfer words are NEW words, not studied, that follow the same pattern as the list words.  The test will include writing a called word, choosing the word correctly spelled from a list, and correcting a misspelled list word in a sentence.
