Welcome to Mr. Woodis’ Band and Orchestra classes

Please make sure to click on your appropriate band or orchestra class above.  Parents and students should review the course outline, sign it, and bring it to school on the first day of class.  (Remember we are on an odd / even day schedule.  The first (1) Day of school, September 4, 2012,  will be an ODD DAY.)  The deadline to turn in your course outline is September 14, 2012.

All students in Adv Band (1),  Interm / Adv Orchestra (3), Sm. Ins. Ens. Jazz Band (5) should have their instruments on September 4, 2012.  

ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE AN INSTRUMENT BY SEPTEMBER 14.  GRADES WILL BE AFFECTED AFTER SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. 

Nansemond River Marching Warrior Summer Band Camp 2012

Summer band camp for all students desiring to participate in the fall football marching season begins on Monday, August 6 @ 8 a.m.  ALL marching band students are required to attend summer band camp.  Drum Majors, Section Leaders, Capt, and Co-Capt should arrive @ 7:45 a.m.  Detailed information for camp can be found on the marching band page above.

Dancers 5, 4, 6, 7, 3, 10, (alternates 9, 2)
