History HW- Study for Map quiz Friday. It will include continents and oceans, as well as Prime Meridian, equator, latitude, longitude, and compass rose.


We will be implementing a new policy to encourage responsibility for using strategies taught during class. Students must show their use of these strategies on daily, as well as testing, situations. Each assignment turned in must show all work used to find the answers. Five points will be taken from each daily assignment not showing such. For Benchmarks, we will collect the scratch paper used to complete the tests. These will serve as a quiz grade to accompany the benchmark grade in the gradebook. Students must use the strategies taught to be successful in all areas. It also serves to alert us to any misconceptions the students may have.

Please be sure to return all necessary paperwork that comes home Tuesday.
