* Note: Each week you will have a homework drawing due. This should exibit your best effort and be considered a finished drawing suitable for your art portfolio.
Those that meet on Thursday should have it prepared to turn in. If it is forgotten at home you may turn it in to me on Friday. You will have one week from the due date to turn in your late work. Each day late will cost you 10 points. If not received by the following Friday it will become a zero worth 20% of your grade.

EXIBIT OF EXCELLENCE STUDENT SHOW

All Art 2,3 and 4 students are required to submit two entries for this Juried, Student Show that is being held at the Suffolk Art Gallery. All entries must be submitted to me for preperation for the show ASAP. I will not accept entries after Jan. 17th., 2014
All students who participate in the show will be going on a field trip to the Gallery on Tues. Feb. 4th, for the Awards ceremony and reception. (11:00 to 1:00)
SISTER CITIES CONTEST/JURIED STUDENT SHOW

All Art 2,3, and 4 students are required to provide a minimum of one piece that is representative of the shows theme. Date and Details to be announced when available.
EACH STUDENT SHOULD HAVE A 9 X 12″ SKETCHBOOK. PREFERABLY ONE THAT IS SPIRAL BOUND. (HOLDS UP BETTER) IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO GET AN EXPENSIVE ONE!
EACH STUDENT SHOULD PROVIDE A BOX OF #2 REGULAR PENCILS TO USE DURING THE YEAR.
Each Art 1 student should supply a box of 24 colored pencils for their use.
